Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Present products or services to prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
- Coordinate with the marketing team on digital and offline promotional activities.
- Monitor competitor activities and recommend strategies to improve market share.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM or sales management software.
