We are looking for a Business Development Executive who already has hands-on experience in B2B outreach, lead generation, and client acquisition workflows.
This is not an internship or training role.
We are looking for someone who can independently execute outreach campaigns, manage communication pipelines, and contribute directly to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential B2B leads through LinkedIn, Google, Apollo, directories, and other prospecting platforms
- Execute daily outreach campaigns through:
- LinkedIn
- Cold emails
- Social media outreach
- Collaboration and partnership outreach
- Handle lead generation pipelines and maintain lead tracking systems
- Manage LinkedIn account outreach and audience engagement for business development
- Write professional outreach emails, follow-ups, and business communication drafts
- Coordinate with development and operations teams during client onboarding and discussions
- Maintain spreadsheets, CRM systems, and reporting documents
- Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture early-stage conversations
- Work on improving outreach systems, messaging, and campaign performance
Required Skills & Experience
- 1.5 – 3 years of experience in:
- Business Development
- B2B Outreach
- Lead Generation
- Client Acquisition
- Outreach Operations
- Experience working on real in-house or client projects
- Strong experience with:
- Email outreach campaigns
- LinkedIn outreach
- Social media outreach
- Influencer/collaboration outreach
- Familiarity with outreach and automation tools such as:
- Apollo
- Instantly
- Lemlist
- Hunter.io
- Similar prospecting tools
- Good understanding of B2B service-based businesses
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience handling spreadsheets and documentation tools:
- Google Sheets
- Excel
- Google Docs
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Experience collaborating with internal teams and business operations
Preferred Qualifications
- Startup experience is a strong plus
- Experience handling outbound campaigns at scale
- Understanding of sales funnels and outreach workflows
- Familiarity with CRM systems and automation workflows
