Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Officer with 10–12 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to banking operations, auditing, taxation, and financial management, along with hands-on experience in liaising with banks and handling loan processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Management & Reporting
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow statements
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting
- Banking & Liaison
- Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions
- Handle banking transactions, reconciliations, and documentation
- Liaise with banks for fund management, credit facilities, and compliance
- Loan Management
- Handle end-to-end loan processes including documentation, negotiation, and disbursement
- Monitor loan schedules, repayments, and compliance with terms
- Coordinate with financial institutions for working capital and term loans
- Auditing
- Coordinate internal and external audits
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and audit standards
- Prepare audit schedules and resolve audit queries
- Taxation
- Manage direct and indirect tax filings (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.)
- Ensure timely filing of returns and compliance with tax regulations
- Coordinate with tax consultants and authorities as needed
- Compliance & Controls
- Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Strengthen internal controls and risk management practices
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA/CPA preferred)
- 10–12 years of relevant experience in finance and accounts
- Strong knowledge of banking operations, taxation, and auditing
- Experience in handling loans and financial negotiations
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
