We are looking for a Zoho Functional Consultant to join our growing Zoho Department. The ideal candidate should have a strong commerce and accounting background and be capable of understanding business processes, gathering client requirements, and supporting Zoho implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client business processes and functional requirements.
- Configure and support Zoho applications such as Zoho Books, Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Expense, and other Zoho products.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions and prepare functional documentation.
- Coordinate with the technical team for customization and implementation.
- Provide user training and post-implementation support.
- Assist clients in improving operational workflows using Zoho solutions.
- Handle accounting, finance, inventory, and business process-related functional discussions.
Required Qualifications
- M.Com (Master of Commerce) – Mandatory
- Strong academic background in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
- Good understanding of business operations, accounting principles, GST, invoicing, inventory, and financial workflows.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to analyze requirements and provide functional solutions.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Zoho applications is an added advantage.
- Experience in ERP, accounting software, or business process consulting is preferred.
- Strong documentation and presentation skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Experience
- Freshers with strong M.Com background can apply.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in functional consulting, accounting, ERP, or Zoho implementation will be preferred.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
