Key Responsibilities:
1. New Branch Stabilization Strategy
- Design and implement a structured stabilization framework for all new branches across regions
- Define time-bound milestones (0–3 months, 3–6 months, 6–12 months) for branch performance
- Establish standard operating models (SOPs) for branch readiness and ramp-up
2. Program Governance & Execution
- Lead the end-to-end New Branch Program across PAN India
- Monitor stabilization progress through defined KPIs (manning, productivity, persistency, cost ratios, etc.)
- Conduct monthly/quarterly governance reviews with regional teams and senior leadership
- Identify risks and drive timely interventions for underperforming branches
3. Manpower Planning & Productivity
- Ensure optimal staffing and role clarity for new branches in line witss improvements
6. Performance Review & Continuous Improvement
- Conduct regular branch performance reviews and identify gaps vs. benchmarks
- Institutionalize best practices and success models across regions
- Recommend process improvements and policy interventions for faster stabilization
7. Stakeholder Management
- Engage with Zonal/Regional Heads, Business Leaders, and HR Heads for execution alignment
- Present insights and updates to senior leadership and HO forums
- Ensure strong governance, accountability, and communication cadence
