Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Executive – Talent Acquisition to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and hiring across multiple domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely closures.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Manage salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and onboarding.
- Prepare recruitment MIS and hiring reports.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
- Strong communication, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with job portals and recruitment tools.
