8+ years in QSR/Café/F&B operations
✔3+ years in a GM/Unit Head/Cluster Head role
✔ Strong P&L, food cost, and team management skills
✔ Knowledge of FSSAI standards and operational audits
✔ Willingness to travel across outlets
Own and manage the overall unit P&L, including revenue, food cost, labor cost, and wastage control.
Monitor and improve sales and operational performance across company-owned and franchise outlets.
Ensure smooth functioning of the base kitchen, production planning, dispatch, and supply chain operations.
Maintain SOPs, hygiene standards, FSSAI compliance, and customer service excellence.
Conduct regular audits of hygiene, inventory, billing, and outlet operations.
Lead and mentor Area Managers, Outlet Managers, and Kitchen Managers.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
