Position Summary
Human Resource Manager will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that support the company's business objectives. The role involves workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, learning and development, compliance management, compensation planning, and organizational development across all functions.
Key Responsibilities
HR coordination with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Provide insights on workforce trends, organizational effectiveness, employee productivity, and people analytics.
Support organizational growth through workforce planning and succession planning initiatives.
Manpower Planning & Budgeting
Prepare and manage annual manpower budgets and workforce plans.
Monitor employee costs, compensation structures, learning and development budgets, and employee welfare initiatives.
Ensure optimum allocation of human resources across departments.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Management
Lead recruitment strategies for technical, engineering, software, sales, and corporate functions.
Develop talent pipelines through campus hiring, internships, industry partnerships, and referral programs.
Improve hiring metrics and reduce recruitment turnaround times.
Employee Experience & Engagement
Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
Drive employee engagement, retention, recognition, and welfare initiatives.
Handle employee grievances and foster a positive work culture.
Performance Management
Design and implement performance management systems aligned with organizational objectives.
Facilitate goal setting, performance reviews, career development planning, and succession planning.
Support managers in performance coaching and employee development.
Learning & Development
Identify training needs and create development programs for technical, managerial, and leadership teams.
Establish career progression frameworks and leadership development initiatives.
Measure training effectiveness and ROI.
Compliance & HR Operations
Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Keep management informed about changes in employment legislation and HR best practices.
Oversee payroll coordination, attendance systems, leave management, and employee records.
HR Team Leadership
Lead and mentor the HR team.
Establish HR KPIs and performance measures.
Promote continuous improvement and innovation within HR processes.
Key Decision-Making Authority
Work allocation and performance review of HR team members.
HR operational and compliance decisions within approved policies.
Administration of employee benefits and welfare programs.
Recommendation of hiring decisions based on approved budgets and manpower plans.
Recommendation of policy and process improvements.

Qualification & Experience
Educational Qualification
MBA / Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of HR experience.
Experience in technology, engineering, manufacturing, robotics, automation, software, or related industries preferred.
Prior experience leading HR functions independently is desirable.
