- Manage employee recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, leave, and other HR documentation accurately.
- Process payroll-related data and coordinate with the accounts department to ensure timely salary disbursement.
- Implement and monitor company HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and support conflict resolution in the workplace.
- Coordinate employee training, performance evaluations, and development programs to enhance workforce productivity.
- Prepare HR reports, statutory compliance documents, and support management with workforce planning and administrative tasks.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
