As a Kitchen Associate, Central Kitchen, you will participate in a structured training program designed to develop your skills in food preparation, kitchen operations, and hygiene standards. You will assist in creating high-quality V4V7 and BevD items while learning the fundamentals of kitchen management.

Learn the elements that constitute high-quality V4V7 and BevD items.

Gain in-depth knowledge of Salad Days’ ingredients, preparation methods, and recipes.

Follow food safety standards and maintain hygiene practices to ensure a clean and safe kitchen.

Operate and maintain central kitchen equipment with guidance.

Assist in receiving inventory and applying FIFO practices, including barcode scanning and stock management.

Participate in regular sanitization tasks to maintain kitchen cleanliness.

Learn and practice essential mise-en-place techniques such as cutting, blanching, and boiling.

Handle ingredients properly and follow planogram guidelines for storage and organization.

High school diploma or equivalent (culinary education is a plus but not required).

Prior experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory.

Basic understanding of kitchen operations and food preparation.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
