Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Center Business Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our healthcare center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth center operations, driving business growth, managing staff, and delivering an excellent patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall center operations and ensure efficient service delivery.
- Supervise and guide Nurses, Phlebotomists, Receptionists, and other support staff.
- Drive revenue growth through prescription conversion and patient engagement initiatives.
- Plan and execute local marketing activities to increase patient footfall.
- Coordinate with doctors and healthcare professionals for seamless operations.
- Resolve patient concerns and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory, ensure stock availability, and maintain compliance with company policies.
- Monitor operational performance and achieve business targets.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (BHM/MHA preferred).
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Healthcare, Hospital, Diagnostics, or Nursing Home operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Target-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Work Schedule
- Working Days: 6 Days (1 Rotational Off)
- Timing: 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM
