Key Responsibilities (CDP)
* Kitchen Operations & Food Quality
* Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations
* Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, portioning, and plating
* Food Cost, Inventory & Controls
* Plan, monitor, and control food cost for both cafés
* Manage recipe costing, yields, portion control, and wastage
* Maintain inventory systems, FIFO, and daily stock requisitions
* Strong understanding of food costing and operational discipline
* Passion for European café culture and quality consistency
* Ability to train, mentor, and retain kitchen talent
* Calm, structured, and service-focused approach
Strong hands-on expertise in:
* Neapolitan-style pizza
* Handmade fresh pasta
* European café cuisine
Experience & Background
* 2–4 years of professional kitchen experience
* 1–2 years in a CDP role
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
