Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves engaging closely with clients to offer expert guidance on business and system integration challenges. This role requires understanding client requirements thoroughly and translating them into practical business and technology solutions. The day includes facilitating discussions around transformation initiatives, mapping the customer journey, and designing functional and application frameworks. Ensuring that the technology solutions align seamlessly with business needs is a key focus, alongside collaborating with various stakeholders to drive successful implementation and integration outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify integration challenges and develop innovative approaches to address them.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and project success.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative learning environment.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Quality Management (QM), SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- Strong knowledge of system integration principles and best practices within enterprise environments.
- Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end integration solutions that meet business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with various integration tools and middleware platforms to support seamless data exchange.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Quality Management (QM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
