As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot problems, engaging with multiple stakeholders to gather requirements, and ensuring that systems operate smoothly and efficiently. You will also be responsible for documenting solutions and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and systems, all while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality support to users.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement to enhance user experience.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Infrastructure.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with AAAP (Accenture Advanced Analytics Platform).
- Strong understanding of cloud service models, including Infrastructure as a Service, Platform as a Service, and Software as a Service.
- Experience with cloud deployment and management tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools to ensure system reliability and performance.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
