An Executive Assistant (EA) provides high-level administrative support to senior executives, acting as a strategic partner to maximize their productivity. Key responsibilities include complex calendar management, gatekeeping communication, arranging travel, preparing reports/presentations, and handling confidential information. EAs often coordinate projects, attend meetings to take minutes, and act as a liaison between the executive and staff.
Core Responsibilities and Duties
- Calendar & Meeting Management: Scheduling appointments, prioritizing meetings, and managing time efficiently.
- Communication Management: Screening calls, managing email inbox, and acting as the main point of contact.
- Travel & Logistics: Organizing complex international/domestic travel, itineraries, and expenses.
- Administrative Support: Drafting reports, memos, presentations, and maintaining files.
- Strategic Support: Following up on tasks with internal teams, handling confidential information, and special projects.
Pay: Up to ₹550,000.00 per year
