Hiring: Call Center Executive-Malayalam
Location: Perungudi
Experience: 1–3 Years
Rotational Shift
- 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Handle patient calls and appointment bookings
- Schedule home sample collection appointments
- Provide information about health check-up services
- Coordinate with patients and internal teams
- Maintain call and appointment records
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Must know Malayalam language
- Basic computer knowledge
- Customer service experience preferred
