Role: Customer Support Executive
Location: Gota, Ahmedabad
Shift: 8pm to 5am (Mon to Fri)
Experience: 1 to 5 years
Role: Customer relationship - US Voice Process, Will be a single point of contact for our US-based customers. You will handle inbound and outbound voice interactions, resolve customer concerns end-to-end, and build long-term trust with every interaction. You will work the night shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST)
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Understand and diagnose customer concerns accurately.
- Resolve customer complaints end-to-end with complete ownership.
- Calm and manage frustrated or dissatisfied customers effectively.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Provide multi-channel support through calls, chats, and emails.
- Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer queries.
- Meet and exceed quality and customer satisfaction benchmarks.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for effective issue resolution.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
- Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions.
- Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude.
- Prior experience in customer service/customer support will be an added advantage.
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
