Data Management: Oversee large datasets, maintain database integrity, and ensure high-level accuracy across reporting channels.
Advanced Reporting: Design and deliver automated daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and interactive dashboards (Power BI, Tableau).
Business Analysis: Interpret data trends, flag operational exceptions, and formulate data-driven recommendations for senior management.
Team Leadership: Supervise junior reporting staff, streamline department workflows, and set delivery timelines under pressure
