Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Hydraulic Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Stationary Compactor Machines used in Solid Waste Management (SWM) operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of hydraulic systems through preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, and timely breakdown repairs to maximize equipment uptime.
The candidate will perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of hydraulic systems, diagnose and repair faults in hydraulic pumps, cylinders, valves, hoses, motors, seals, filters, and pipelines, and conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues before they lead to equipment failure. The role also involves replacing defective hydraulic components, reading and interpreting hydraulic circuit diagrams, carrying out routine servicing, maintaining maintenance records, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and company maintenance procedures.
The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of hydraulic systems and industrial equipment, excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and hands-on experience with hydraulic tools and testing equipment. Experience in the maintenance of Stationary Compactor Machines, heavy machinery, or equipment used in Solid Waste Management operations will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
