Role Description
SkyBook is seeking a full-time, on-site Holidays Manager based in Kozhikode at UL Cyber park. This role involves leading and managing a team of expert Holiday Consultants specializing in planning, organizing, and delivering exceptional international holiday experiences for passengers in the GCC market.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising and mentoring the team of Holiday Consultants.
- Designing and creating holiday packages for both Group Inclusive Tours (GIT) and Fully Independent Travelers (FIT).
- Overseeing product marketing, sales, and operations to drive business growth.
- Managing worldwide visa processing.
- Handling retail and corporate ticketing, hotel bookings, and travel insurance issuance.
- Ensuring a seamless and memorable holiday experience for guests.
This role requires a strong focus on leadership, organizational skills, and a customer-first approach to deliver outstanding travel solutions.
Qualifications
- Must have experience in International holiday planning and management
- GDS Knowledge is preferred
- Prior GCC experience in a similar role is an added advantage
- Should have Leadership Quality & Managing a team experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Customer service orientation
- Knowledge of local attractions and activities for worldwide packages
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field will be an advantage
