About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Business Development Executive to accelerate business growth and expand our client base in the Stock Market & Trading Education industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales acumen, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to convert prospects into long-term clients.
Candidates with an MBA (Marketing/Finance) and a sound understanding of financial markets, stock market concepts, and trading products will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality leads through various online and offline channels.
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and business opportunities.
- Conduct consultations with prospective clients and recommend suitable products/services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Achieve monthly revenue, conversion, and business development targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities through CRM tools.
- Represent the company professionally during meetings, presentations, and networking events.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- MBA in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, or Lead Generation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong convincing and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and close deals effectively.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Stock Market, Trading, Investment Products, or Financial Markets.
- Target-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and business communication platforms.
