We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in digital and print design, branding, campaign creatives, and AI-assisted design workflows. You will be responsible for creating visually impactful designs that align with client and brand requirements.
Responsibilities
- Design engaging social media posts for multiple brands.
- Create special occasion and festival creatives.
- Develop complete branding materials, including:
- Logo designs, ID cards, Visiting cards and Brand identity assets
- Design campaign concepts, campaign titles, and promotional creatives.
- Create hoardings, banners, and other outdoor advertising materials.
- Design print-ready materials such as:
- Notices
- Posters
- Newspaper advertisements
- Magazine advertisements
- Brochures and other marketing collateral
- Utilize AI tools and prompting techniques to improve design quality and productivity.
- Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and print specifications.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and color theory.
- Excellent creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of AI prompting and AI-powered design tools.
Software Skills
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- CorelDRAW
- Adobe InDesign
Experience
- Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Experience working as a Graphic Design Team Lead is preferred.
- Experience in an advertising, branding, or creative agency is an advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
