ROLE DETAILS
Position: Senior Business Development Associate (BDA. Location: Gurgaon & Bangalore.
Work Mode: Work from Office. Experience: 4–6 Years | Sales / Business Development. Qualification: Graduate | B.Tech/MBA preferred.
CTC: ₹8.4–11 LPA + Uncapped Incentives. Hike: Up to 22–25% on current CTC Working Days: Wednesday to Sunday Week Off: Monday & Tuesday
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Connect with prospects and understand their career aspirations Recommend suitable programs based on their requirements Manage leads, follow-ups and customer relationships Drive conversions and consistently achieve sales targets
WHO SHOULD APPLY?
✔ Strong verbal & written communication✔ Excellent sales and persuasion skills✔ Target-driven mindset✔ Experience handling tech products preferred✔ LSQ knowledge is an advantage✔ ₹50K+ ticket-size handling experience is a plus
