The Sales Associate/ Telecalling Executive is responsible for contacting prosprctive customers, generating business opportunities, nurturing customer relationships, and supporting the sales process to achieve organizational growth. the role requires excellent communication skills, consistent follow-up, and a target-driven approach.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Contact prospective customers through telephone calls and other communication channels to generate business opportunities.
- Follow up on leads, identify customer requirements, and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Update customer information, interactions, and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding process and timely service delivery.
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally and provide appropriate product or service information.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and represent the company professionally at all times.
