- Greet and attend walk-in customers professionally
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable two-wheeler models
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, offers, and finance options
- Generate test ride enquiries and ensure effective follow-up
- Achieve monthly sales targets for vehicles, accessories, and insurance
- Maintain accurate customer data and follow-ups in DMS / CRM
- Coordinate with finance and insurance teams for loan approvals
- Support registration, delivery, and documentation processes
- Conduct local marketing activities, referrals, and lead generation
- Handle customer objections and close sales confidently
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Adhere to company policies, sales processes, and ethical standards
