General Manager (GM) Sales – High-Rise Residential Projects
We are seeking an accomplished General Manager – Sales to lead sales operations for premium high-rise residential projects. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing large sales teams, developing channel partner networks, overseeing inventory movement, and ensuring achievement of sales targets across luxury and premium residential developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales and business growth for high-rise residential projects.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize bookings and revenue.
- Drive direct sales, channel sales, and broker-led sales initiatives.
- Build and manage a strong network of Channel Partners, IPCs, brokers, and property consultants.
- Manage customer acquisition, site visits, presentations, negotiations, and closures.
- Monitor sales funnel, inventory absorption, conversion ratios, and collections.
- Work closely with marketing teams on digital marketing, lead generation campaigns, events, and project launches.
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, demand patterns, and customer preferences.
- Handle HNI, NRI, investor, and end-user customers.
- Lead, train, and mentor sales managers and sales teams to achieve aggressive targets.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, revenue projections, and business plans.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Extensive experience in high-rise residential project sales.
- Strong exposure to luxury, premium, and large-scale residential developments.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
- Strong channel partner and broker network.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, presentation, and team management skills.
- MBA/Graduate preferred.
