Job Title: Mother Teacher for Pre-Primary and Grade I & II
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day classroom activities for Pre-Primary students.
- Create a warm, safe, and child-friendly classroom environment.
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate teaching and learning activities.
- Support children in developing basic language, numeracy, motor, social, and communication skills.
- Conduct rhymes, storytelling, art & craft, music, games, and activity-based learning.
- Maintain discipline through positive and child-friendly methods.
- Take care of children's hygiene, safety, and basic needs during school hours.
- Monitor each child's participation, behaviour, and overall development.
- Maintain attendance and other required classroom records.
- Communicate regularly and professionally with parents regarding the child's progress and classroom activities.
- Participate actively in celebrations, events, competitions, and other school programmes.
- Ensure classroom materials, toys, and learning resources are properly maintained.
- Attend staff meetings, training programmes, and professional development sessions.
- Carry out other responsibilities assigned by the school management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Qualification: PPTTC / D.Ed / B.Ed
- Minimum 2 years’ experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
