We are looking for a proactive HR Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Handle offer letters, onboarding, documentation, and HRMS updates.
- Conduct background verification and complete post-joining formalities.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Recruitment
- Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing and communication skills.
- Experience with ATS and major job portals (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
