Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations for our group companies and factory locations. The role involves attendance management, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, leave administration, employee records management, and ensuring the timely implementation of action items discussed in management meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing and salary administration.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain employee records, HR reports, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate HR activities between the Corporate Office and factory locations.
- Prepare and track Minutes of Meetings (MOM) and follow up with departments for timely closure of action items.
- Support management with HR MIS reports, manpower reports, and compliance updates.
- Assist in employee onboarding, policy implementation, and general HR operations.
Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM in HR, MSW, or any relevant HR qualification.
- 3–4 years of experience in HR Operations and Statutory Compliance.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Packaging, Pharma, or Factory HR is preferred.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of Payroll (SARAL PAYPACK), Attendance Management, and Labour Laws.
- Experience in PF, ESI, Statutory Compliance, and Factory HR.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS systems.
Preferred Candidate:
A proactive HR professional who can independently handle HR operations for multiple factories and ensure effective coordination between departments and management.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
