We are a fast-growing preschool committed to creating a nurturing, emotionally safe, and joyful learning environment for children. As we expand and scale our admissions system, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Admissions Counselor who can build strong connections with parents and confidently guide them through the enrollment process.
The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for handling walk-in inquiries, explaining our programs, building trust with parents, and converting inquiries into admissions. This role requires emotional intelligence, warmth, professionalism, and strong communication skills.
This is not just a desk job — this role is about connection, trust, and relationship-building.
We are looking for someone who naturally builds trust, speaks with warmth, and understands that preschool admissions are based on emotional connection. The right candidate should genuinely enjoy interacting with parents and children.
Key Responsibilities:
. Handle parent inquiries (walk-ins, calls, and follow-ups)
- Conduct school tours and explain curriculum with confidence
- Build emotional connection and trust with parents
- Understand parents’ concerns and proactively address them
- Maintain admission records and follow-up systems
- Achieve monthly admission targets
- Coordinate with management and academic team
Required Skills & Qualities:
. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in admissions, counseling, or front-desk roles (preferably in preschool/school sector)
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
- Warm, friendly, and approachable personality
- Pleasant and well-groomed professional presentation
- Emotionally stable and positive attitude
- Confident body language and smiling demeanor
- Ability to anticipate parent concerns and respond proactively
- Organized and disciplined in follow-up process
