Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Branch Admin Executive to support branch administration, patient care, business operations, and compliance activities. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating branch activities, auditing files, verifying documents, maintaining records, and ensuring a positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day branch administrative operations.
- Coordinate patient care activities and ensure patient satisfaction.
- Handle patient appointments, follow-ups, and inquiries.
- Monitor branch business performance and prepare reports.
- Conduct file auditing and verify branch-related documents.
- Maintain patient, HR, and administrative records accurately.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth branch operations.
- Support management in branch analysis and operational improvements.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in Any Discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in administration, healthcare, customer service, or operations are preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work at any branch location based on preference and organizational requirements.
