Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Marketing Executive / Public Relations Officer (PRO) with a proven background in multispecialty hospital, healthcare, or pharmaceutical marketing. The ideal candidate should be proactive, people-oriented, and passionate about building long-term healthcare relationships
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with referring doctors, clinics, wellness centers, and healthcare professionals.
- Plan and execute field visits to promote hospital services and specialties.
- Coordinate with consultants and internal departments for marketing campaigns and outreach activities.
- Organize and represent the hospital at health camps, medical checkups, community awareness programs, and corporate tie-ups.
- Ensure consistent branding and visibility across offline and digital platforms in coordination with the digital team.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to management.
- Handle patient feedback, manage PR activities, and maintain a positive public image of the hospital.
- Work with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and service delivery for referred patients.
- Maintain MIS reports and daily/weekly field activity logs.
- Support the team in driving patient footfalls and revenue growth initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: Graduate in Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field
- Experience: 1–3 years in multispecialty hospital, healthcare, or pharmaceutical marketing (mandatory)
- Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong field networking and follow-up capabilities
- Good command of English, Hindi, and Marathi
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Personality Traits:
- Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Presentable and professional demeanor
- Strong organizational and planning abilities
- Location Preference: Candidates residing in or around Thane preferred
