Job Description:
We are in search of a skilled AutoCAD and 3D Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in computer-aided design (CAD) tools and have extensive experience in architectural and interior design projects.
Responsibilities:
· Design and develop detailed 2D & 3D models and renderings of architectural and interior projects using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
· Create precise and high-quality architectural, shop, and civil drawings in AutoCAD.
· Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and designers to grasp project requirements and deliver innovative design solutions.
· Refine and modify designs based on client feedback to meet technical specifications and aesthetic standards.
· Establish and maintain digital libraries of CAD drawings for easy access and reference.
· Ensure accuracy and completeness of all project documentation throughout project lifecycles.
· Participate actively in project meetings, providing visual aids to facilitate understanding and communication.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
· Demonstrated experience as an AutoCAD and 3D Designer, supported by a robust portfolio showcasing detailed architectural drawings and 3D renderings.
· Proficiency in AutoCAD and proficiency in at least one 3D modelling software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, Blender, SketchUp, or equivalent.
· Thorough understanding of architectural design principles, drafting techniques, and the construction process.
· Keen attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics, color, and texture.
· Strong time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
· Problem-solving abilities and a willingness to adapt to new technologies and software platforms.
