Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team in a dynamic retail environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a strong understanding of visual branding, with the ability to create engaging graphics that enhance our brand identity and attract customers.
Responsibilities:
- Designing creative collaterals, catalogs, emailers, posters, gift cards, and web banners.
- Designing labels, gift boxes, and other product packaging as per business needs.
- Creating engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media and display channels.
- Ensuring smooth workflow of all design-related activities of the brands.
- Developing and managing design and printing vendors.
Candidate Qualifications & Skill Requirements:
- 2 + years of experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and PowerPoint software.
- Proven graphic design experience.
- A keen eye for details and contemporary aesthetic.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in photography with the ability to create compelling visuals that enhance design projects.
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines,
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus.
- A deep understanding of print and production techniques
