Role Description
This is an on-site Sports Sales Intern role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Intern will handle athlete and parent enquiries, generate and qualify leads, conduct follow-ups, and assist in converting prospective clients.
Responsibilities include explaining sports programs, maintaining lead records, coordinating with senior agents, scheduling meetings, and building relationships with athletes, parents, coaches, clubs, and academies.
Stipend
Up to ₹5,000/month + performance-based commissions
Qualifications
- Strong interest in Football and Sports Management.
- Good sales, communication, and customer service skills.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working with leads and meeting sales targets.
- Excellent English communication; local language is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Kolkata, including occasional evenings/weekends.
- Sports Management, Business, Marketing, or related studies preferred.
Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
