Join Lawyered as a B2B Manager – Business Development and drive regional growth within the transport, logistics, and fleet ecosystem. This is a client-facing role focused on lead generation, relationship management, revenue growth, and closing high-value B2B deals.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B sales, field sales, or business development and be comfortable handling end-to-end sales cycles independently. Prior exposure to logistics, fleet management, insurance, automobile, SaaS, or related industries will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate and manage qualified B2B leads through field outreach, networking, referrals, and partnerships.
* Conduct regular client and prospect meetings across the assigned region.
* Present and promote Lawyered’s legal-tech solutions to transport and logistics businesses.
* Manage the complete sales cycle including negotiations, closures, onboarding coordination, and account handover.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
* Maintain CRM updates, follow-ups, and reporting.
* Share market insights and competitor feedback with leadership teams.
Requirements:
* 4–6+ years of B2B sales/business development experience.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
* Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
