FMCG | Confectionery & Biscuits | Wholesale Distribution
We are hiring a highly driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with 3–5 years of proven FMCG sales experience in confectionery, biscuits, snacks, or food products. The candidate should possess strong exposure in wholesale-driven markets and distributor-led business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Can drive primary and secondary sales through wholesalers and distributors.
- Able to develop and expand market coverage in assigned territories.
- Appoint new wholesalers, sub-distributors, and retail counters.
- Generate regular orders from wholesale markets and maintain business relationships.
- Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and collection objectives.
- Coordinate with distributors for timely dispatches and smooth supply chain operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of proven FMCG sales experience mandatory.
- Must have experience in confectionery, biscuits, wafers, snacks, or food category preferred.
- Must have strong understanding of wholesale and distribution sales model.
- Good market networking and territory handling capability.
- Self-motivated with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Comfortable with extensive field travel.
Qualification
- Graduate preferred.
- Candidates with strong FMCG field exposure will be preferred over qualification.
