We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Executive to join our team at Sunburn Union. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the F&B, Brewery, Club, or Hospitality industry and must be capable of handling end-to-end HR operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Managing employee engagement activities
- Attendance, payroll coordination, and HR documentation
- Handling employee grievances and maintaining workplace discipline
- Coordinating with operations teams for manpower planning
- Managing joining formalities, exit process, and compliance-related documentation
- Maintaining HR records and employee database
- Supporting performance management and retention initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of HR experience
- Mandatory background from F&B / Brewery / Club / Hospitality industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
