We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive with 2 to 4 years of experience to manage our daily HR operations. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll assistance, and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Sourcing: Manage the full cycle of recruitment, from sourcing candidates via job portals to conducting initial screenings and interviews.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Handle smooth joining formalities, documentation, orientation, and exit processes for employees.
- HR Operations: Maintain accurate employee databases, track attendance, and assist with monthly payroll processing.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee queries, resolve grievances, and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Performance Management: Assist in executing regular performance appraisal cycles and tracking key performance indicators.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Strictly 2 to 4 years of proven work experience as an HR Executive or HR Generalist.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in HR is a plus).
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Tools: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job portals (like Indeed, Naukri), and MS Office (Excel & Word).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
