About the Role
We are looking for a result-oriented and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute end-to-end digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across performance marketing, SEO, social media, lead generation, content marketing, analytics, and marketing automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads
- Handle SEO activities including keyword research, on-page SEO, technical SEO, and link building
- Manage social media marketing campaigns and content calendars
- Coordinate content creation including blogs, creatives, videos, and email campaigns
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and reporting dashboards
- Drive lead generation and marketing automation initiatives
- Manage website updates, landing pages, and conversion optimization
- Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 4–8 years of experience in Digital Marketing
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Performance Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Email Marketing
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and CRM tools
- Experience with WordPress, HubSpot, SEMrush, or Ahrefs preferred
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
