About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to drive strategic business growth across enterprise and government sectors. This role offers an opportunity to sell high-impact technology solutions, including Enterprise Email Platforms, AI-enabled applications, and Digital Transformation solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong consultative selling skills, experience managing complex sales cycles, and a proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and close high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition across assigned regions and industry verticals.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline with a strong focus on hunting new opportunities.
- Own the complete sales lifecycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Engage with CXO-level stakeholders and key decision-makers using a consultative approach.
- Position AI-driven, email, and custom technology solutions aligned with customer business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal product and technical teams to develop winning proposals.
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with enterprise customers.
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets while maintaining accurate sales forecasts.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3–8 years of experience in B2B Enterprise Sales, SaaS Sales, or IT Solution Sales.
- Proven track record of closing mid to large enterprise deals (₹10 Lakhs – ₹2 Crores+).
- Experience in Cloud Solutions, SaaS Platforms, Enterprise Email Solutions, AI Solutions, or Software/IT Services.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to engage with CXO-level stakeholders and manage multiple decision-makers.
- Experience handling complex sales cycles.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly accountable.
