About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and student-focused Senior Counsellor – Overseas Education to guide students through every stage of their study abroad journey. The ideal candidate should have strong counselling, communication, and conversion skills with in-depth knowledge of international admissions and visa processes. Similar roles typically involve end-to-end student guidance, application support, and admissions management.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students on study opportunities in countries such as the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, and Europe.
- Assess student profiles and recommend suitable universities and courses.
- Provide end-to-end support for admissions, documentation, visa applications, and pre-departure guidance.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into successful enrollments.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities and education partners.
- Achieve monthly admission targets while ensuring excellent student satisfaction.
- Mentor junior counsellors and support team performance.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
