About the Role
Barycenter Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in accounting operations, statutory compliance, inventory/material management, payroll compliances, and financial reporting. The candidate must be capable of independently managing day-to-day accounting activities while ensuring compliance with applicable financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, ledgers, and bank reconciliations.
- Handle Material Management including inventory accounting, stock verification, purchase entries, and material reconciliation.
- Maintain financial records using Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage GST compliance including GST returns, reconciliations, input tax credit (ITC), and statutory filings.
- Ensure timely compliance with PF and ESIC regulations, including monthly returns and employee-related documentation.
- Process vendor invoices, payments, and account reconciliations.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and expense control.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations.
- Maintain proper documentation and financial records for audit purposes.

Experience
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Accounting & Finance.
- Experience in handling statutory compliances independently.
- Experience in manufacturing, IT, or service-based organizations will be preferred.
