KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Curriculum & Classroom Practice
- Plan and implement play-based, activity-oriented lessons aligned with early learning standards.
- Use storytelling, rhymes, music, art, and hands-on activities to promote language, creativity, and curiosity.
- Create an inclusive, secure, and child-friendly classroom environment that encourages independence and confidence.
- Design and implement an annual Pre-Primary activity calendar including festivals, seasonal themes, and celebrations.
Child Development & Assessment
- Observe, assess, and document each child’s developmental progress using continuous and portfolio-based assessment.
- Identify children needing additional support and recommend suitable interventions.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and health details.
Behaviour & Well-Being
- Apply positive reinforcement and gentle guidance techniques for behavior management.
- Ensure emotional safety, hygiene, and adherence to child protection, health, and safety protocols.
- Support daily routines including feeding, rest time, and hygiene with care and responsibility.
Parent & School Collaboration
- Maintain regular communication with parents through meetings, updates, newsletters, and shared observations.
- Encourage parent participation in classroom activities and events.
- Work collaboratively with school leadership and teaching teams to ensure smooth academic operations.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education / Child Development (Master’s preferred).
- D.Ed / B.Ed with Pre-Primary specialization or equivalent certification.
- Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in Nursery / KG settings.
- Knowledge of play-based, Montessori, or activity-based learning approaches.
- Multilingual ability (English with Telugu/Hindi preferred).

COMMITMENT REQUIREMENT
A mandatory commitment of THREE (3) YEARS is required to ensure continuity, stability, and long-term impact in early childhood learning and development.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
