Job Summary
We are looking for passionate and customer-focused Baristas to join our café team in Rohini, Delhi. The ideal candidate will prepare high-quality coffee and beverages, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure a clean and welcoming café environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages as per company standards.
- Greet customers, take orders, and process billing through the POS system.
- Maintain consistency in beverage quality and presentation.
- Keep coffee machines, equipment, and workstations clean and well-maintained.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
- Restock ingredients and café supplies as required.
- Handle customer queries and ensure a great customer experience.
- Support the team in smooth day-to-day café operations.
Requirements
- 10th/12th Pass or Graduate.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation is preferred.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
