Position: Weighbridge Operator

Job Summary
The Weighbridge Operator is responsible for accurate weighing of all incoming and outgoing vehicles at the RMC plant. The role ensures proper documentation, stock control, coordination with dispatch and accounts, and compliance with statutory weighing regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate electronic weighbridge system for all inbound and outbound vehicles.
- Record gross weight, tare weight, and net weight accurately.
- Generate weighment slips and ensure proper documentation.
- Maintain daily inward and outward material registers.
- Verify vehicle number, supplier challans, delivery notes, and purchase orders.
- Coordinate with batching plant operator and dispatch team for smooth vehicle movement.
- Update ERP / plant software with accurate data.
- Prepare daily stock movement and weighment reports.
- Ensure compliance with Legal Metrology / Weights & Measures regulations.
- Report discrepancies in weight, material, or documentation to management immediately.
- Maintain discipline and proper vehicle queue management at plant gate.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, ERP software).
- Good numerical and record-keeping skills.
- Knowledge of RMC plant operations is an added advantage.
- Ability to work in shifts if required.
- Honest, detail-oriented, and responsible attitude.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
