About the Role
Rain & Rainbow is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and people-oriented Executive Admin HR who will serve as the bridge between the Director and employees across the organization. This role combines Human Resources, Administration, Employee Engagement, and Executive Coordination responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will support recruitment activities, drive the organization's core values across teams, coordinate with employees and leadership, manage internal communication, and ensure smooth execution of key administrative and HR processes. The Executive Admin HR will act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the Director, ensuring timely communication, follow-ups, and execution of organizational priorities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various departments.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and the Director.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate offer letters, onboarding documentation, and joining formalities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
2. Core Values Integration & Employee Engagement
- Support the implementation and reinforcement of organizational core values:

- Conduct employee engagement activities and value-based initiatives.
- Assist in creating value-based assessment tools and interview processes.
- Monitor employee alignment with organizational culture and values.
- Coordinate employee recognition programs that reinforce desired behaviors.
- Support onboarding programs to ensure new hires understand company culture and expectations.
3. Director's Office Coordination (SPOC Role)
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal teams.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, interviews, and important discussions.
- Prepare meeting agendas and ensure timely communication of action items.
- Follow up with departments on pending tasks and updates requested by the Director.
- Ensure important information is communicated accurately and on time.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive business and employee matters.
- Assist in prioritizing and tracking key organizational initiatives.
4. Administrative Coordination
- Manage calendars, meeting schedules, and internal communication.
- Coordinate employee documentation and records.
- Support office administration and day-to-day operational requirements.
- Maintain HR and administrative trackers, reports, and databases.
- Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and leadership meetings.
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments.
5. Internal Communication
- Draft and circulate organizational announcements, updates, and policies.
- Ensure effective communication between leadership and employees.
- Address employee concerns and escalate matters when required.
- Support the development of a transparent and collaborative workplace culture.
6. HR Operations Support
- Maintain employee files and HR records.
- Assist in onboarding and employee orientation programs.
- Track employee attendance, probation reviews, and confirmations.
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Assist in policy development and implementation.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
