- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Executive - IT to join our technical team. You will serve as the first point of contact for IT-related support, ensuring our systems, networks, and hardware run seamlessly. - Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Provide first-line troubleshooting and technical support to employees, resolving hardware, software, and network issues efficiently
- Network & Security: Monitor local networks (LAN/WAN) and assist in basic router/switch configurations, VPN setups, and cybersecurity policy enforcement
- System Maintenance: Assist in the installation, configuration, and routine updating of operating systems (Windows, macOS), software applications, and antivirus programs.
- Technical Skills:
- Working knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN).
- Experience with user account management (e.g., Active Directory)
Experience - 0-2 yrs
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
