Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible KST Supervisor to oversee the daily stewarding operations. The ideal candidate will ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained across kitchen and back-of-house areas while supervising stewarding staff and ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of stewarding staff.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, utensils, crockery, cutlery, and work areas.
- Monitor dishwashing and waste disposal operations.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards as per company policies.
- Conduct daily inspections of kitchen and stewarding areas.
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and shift allocations.
- Ensure adequate stock of cleaning supplies and stewarding equipment.
- Train and guide team members on cleaning procedures and safety practices.
- Coordinate with Kitchen and F&B teams to support operational requirements.
- Report maintenance issues and equipment breakdowns to the concerned department.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Kitchen Stewarding operations.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
