Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage appointments, registrations, and follow-up schedules.
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and customer queries.
- Maintain patient/client records and update appointment systems accurately.
- Coordinate with therapists, doctors, and wellness experts for smooth client flow.
- Handle billing, payment collection, and invoice generation.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Support administrative and daily clinic operations.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information.
- Provide excellent customer service and build positive client relationships.
Required Qualifications
- 12th Pass or Any Degree
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
